PARENTS

Congratulations on your son being selected to be a brother of the Theta Theta Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi at University of Iowa. You should be extremely proud of him for choosing one of the nation’s largest brotherhoods at an amazing university. We recruit members who show promise in becoming strong students academically, leaders in their community, and overall into well-rounded young men.

Pi Kappa Phi is an organization founded by exceptional men who chose to lead. For more than a century we have stayed try to our roots, developing the next generation of servant leaders who put service before self and work to improve the world around them.

OUR MISSION:

TO CREATE AN UNCOMMON AND LIFELONG BROTHERHOOD THAT DEVELOPS LEADERS AND ENCOURAGES SERVICE TO OTHERS FOR THE BETTERMENT OF OUR COMMUNITIES.

The Theta Theta Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi prides itself as one of the strongest and most respected organizations in Iowa’s Greek community. Our personal goal is to ensure each member initiated into our brotherhood embodies all the values of a Pi Kappa Phi and becomes that better student, leader, and man. Our chapter seeks to stay committed to fostering lifelong friendships, experiences, and memories that outlast the few years we all have here at Iowa.

Feel free to navigate this website to read more about our chapter and our brotherhood.

PARENT EVENTS

The chapter hosts parents for events each semester. We host our Dad’s Weekend in the Fall semester and our Mom’s Weekend in the Spring semester at the University of Iowa. All information, schedules, and pictures will be shared through your son and on this website under the “Dad’s Weekend” and “Mom’s Weekend” tabs listed above. We highly encourage you to come if you’re schedule allows – it is a great opportunity to meet some of your son’s fraternity brothers, as well as some of our older members and leaders in the chapter. It is truly a great experience and fun weekend!
