GENERAL INFORMATION

• Located on the west side of campus, in Fraternity Circle. Our address is 332 Ellis Ave, Iowa City IA 52246
• We have a 1-year live in requirement for sophomores
• Bought and renovated in 2017, this is one of the nicest and cleanest houses on campus

FEATURES

The chapter house is 3 stories, with a fully furnished basement. The main floor consists of two living room areas, founders room, pool table, vending machine, House Director’s room, and two guest bathrooms. The basement has our full size kitchen and dining area, theater room, and laundry. The second and third floors have the bedrooms for the tenants, 9 rooms on each floor. There is a community bathroom with multiple sinks, stalls, urinals, and showers on each floor.

RENT

Living in the chapter house costs $4,250/semester. The following are all included with the rent payment, so there will be no additional monthly fees for utilities or internet. There is a security deposit required when signing a lease at the chapter house, per Pi Kappa Phi Properties.
